College of Education and School of Literature, Cultures, and Linguistics
Class participation: Each participant in the Interpreting course is expected to be present and engaged at every class session.
Absences: Should you anticipate an unavoidable absence, please contact the instructor to make arrangements to attend a different section that week (i.e. Wednesday participants may join a Saturday session and vice-versa).
Participants who miss more than one weekly session may not take the final exam and should plan to re-enroll in a future offering.
Required equipment: Participation in the synchronous Interpreting class sessions will require a reliable internet connection, headphones, and a microphone. Standard headphones with built-in microphone are fine.
